Abstract

A changing health care system makes this an opportune tim9 for nursing faculty to use their expertise to improve the public's health care. The author explores the benefits to the individual, the profession, the university, and the health care system of merging the entrepreneurial philosophy and role with the traditional nurse faculty role.
