Abstract

Patients with the TBS may develop symptoms either related to bradycardia or tachycardia. Because treatment of the tachycardia may aggravate the bradycardia, pacing often plays a role in the treatment of TBS. Patients with drug-resistant supraventricular tachycardia may be candidates for catheter ablative procedures.
