Abstract

Funding options will vary from state to state and the professional will need to learn what is available in his/her area. The important message is to be creative when there are needs and be persistent in pursuing available options. Securing funding is time consuming, but when contacts with public, private, and service organizations have been established, these networks can be used to provide for the needs of hearing-impaired children and their families.
