Immune abnormalities associated with chronic TCDD exposure in Rhesus

Abstract

29 adult Rhesus and 18 offspring were exposed to relatively low doses of TCDD. There were no clinically significant abnormalities in the immune response of surviving adults. Offspring had increased responses to antigen which correlated with TCDD tissue levels.
