Abstract

Jim's research focuses on the regulation of T cell responses by costimulatory signals and manipulation of those signals in the development of strategies for immunotherapy of autoimmune disease and cancer. His recent work has focused on the enhancement of anti-tumor responses by blockade of the inhibitory effects of CTLA-4.
