Abstract

This report describes the assembly and use of several types of filtration devices for use in the preparation of dissociated cells for primary culture. These Nitex-screen filter units are assembled from common, inexpensive laboratory materials. They provide a convenient means of filtering cell suspensions under sterile conditions and are adaptable for large and small volume work.
