Abstract

A new class of peptoid-based peptidomimetics composed of oligomers of N-substituted β2-homoalanines is reported. Design, solid-phase synthesis, and preliminary circular dichroism studies of oligomers of N-alkylated β2-homoalanines consisting of up to 8-mers are described.
