This article discusses four types of salvage procedures that may offer a successful means of treating patients after failed distal ulnar surgery. The procedures include distal radio-ulnar joint fusion, the Sauve-Kapandji procedure, creation of a one-bone forearm, and massive resection of the distal ulna.
